Returns & Refund Eligibility
At aurea, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at help@aureaexclusive.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will provide return instructions and the return address
- Securely package the item and ship it back to us
- Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection
Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the funds to appear
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@aureaexclusive.com with photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
