Returns & Refund Eligibility

At aurea, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at help@aureaexclusive.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will provide return instructions and the return address
  3. Securely package the item and ship it back to us
  4. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection

Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the funds to appear

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@aureaexclusive.com with photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
